Usually an atorney can get a bond modified and can get someone out on a failure to appear.

If you have a $1,000.00 cash bond, it will take $1,000.00 in cash to get out. Your lawyer does not bond you out.

A lawyer can assist you in getting him out, but a lawyer is prohibited by ethics from actually signing as the individual who bonds out the client. You or someone else must sign; not the lawyer. For instance, if your fiance had $10,000 in the lawyer's trust account, he could instruct the lawyer to provide you with $1,000, so you could go provide the cash bond and signature. Stay well.
