Generally, two simple DUI's will not make you deportable from the U.S. However, under some circumstances or more DUIs can case problems. First, if there were any injuries as a result of the DUI, or if the second one is punished or charged as an "aggravated" DUI because of the first DUI it could make you deportable. Also, when returning to the US after traveling, having more than one DUI, even if a "simple" DUI could cause problems regarding admissibility since it could be viewed a mental health problem.

Probably not since a DUI is not an offense for which you can be removed unless it is aggravated. However, it may affect your eligibility for citizenship depending on your jurisdiction.
