I really think that you need to meet with an attorney to try and see if there are any other avenues for you to apply for a green card. It seems to me that 34 years in the United States may or may not entitle you to some immigration benefit, but in order to figure that out. we would need to consult with you and find out what possibilities that are for you there. In terms of the DACA, I believe that the executive order will be affirmed by the appeals court and that it will be implemented this year.
