Will I get arrested at the border if I am on formal probation and crossing back into the US? 1 Answers as of October 18, 2011

I was recently put on a telephone reporting so I don't report to a PO anymore which is the lowest risk level there is and my uncle is very sick. That's the only reason I have to cross to Mexico.

If you are a permanent resident or authorized to be in the US on a non-immigrant visa, it depends on if the crime you committed will make you inadmissible, regardless of the probation.
