That is a possibility. The Court takes probation violations seriously. Sometimes, you may do community service or cal trans in lieu of jail.

The answer to your question has more to do with what county, what DA, what judge. However, generally given the fact that the offenses are completely unrelated usually an attorney can negotiate reinstatement of your probation on the same terms and conditions as previously agreed to. The driving on a suspended license would depend on what the license is suspended for. If post DUI the law requires a minimum 10 days jail time (which can usually be served by alternative sentencing).? It may also be possible to get the charge reduced to driving without a valid license (no required jail time) if you are able to get your license and provide proof to the court.

More than likely. There is a price for not doing what you were told to do.

Jail is certainly a possibility but without knowing all of the facts and circumstances involved with your case, it is practically impossible to say. Petty theft and burglary are not offenses that result in a license suspension. Do you know why your license is suspended? Do you have any prior convictions for driving on a suspended license? Do you know if you can get a license? These are just some of the questions that need to be addressed in order to properly evaluate your case. What I do know is that whatever the best result for your case may be, you will only achieve that result with the help of an experienced criminal defense lawyer. I hope this answer was helpful. Good luck.

Possibly. Any new misdemeanor or felony could violate your probation and subject you to additional punishment, including jail time. The good news is that it's not another theft incident and is mostly unrelated to your probation. If you can get your license reinstated BEFORE you go to court, it will help out substantially. Get an attorney to try and minimize the damage - either one you choose and hire or you can apply for the public defender.

Potentially yes! As part of your probation you were to obey all laws. Driving on a suspended license is a misdemeanor. You need an attorney to deal with this.

Possibly. However, you may be eligible for an alternative sentence which means you would not have to do the actual time in custody. This is a case by case basis and you are not guaranteed an alternative sentence.

It's possible, of course, but probably not. What the court and DA really want to see happen is for you to get your license back. Talk to your attorney about the whether this is realistically possible. If so, you may be able to get the charge reduced to an infraction.

Possibly. It is a clear violation of your probation.

Maybe not the suspended license but on the probation violation there is a big chance. You would need to work out a deal to work them out together.
