I'm trying to buy a house from a seller who is under a Chapter 13 restructure. No explicit agreement from the trustee or the court for the sale has been received, but the title company is sure of the seller's right to sell. Title is currently clear of liens. Will I be at risk for future liens after I purchase the house?
