Will I be able to get a green card if I owe money overseas? 2 Answers as of February 09, 2011

Over 13 years ago in Greece I owned an import/export business. The business wasn't going well and I shut down, got a visitor's visa and came to the US. In the meantime, the companies that I owed money to took me to court and sued me if though I wasn't there. When you are sued in Greece, they automatically put out a warrant for your arrest. In the meantime, I have married a US citizen and she wants to file for my green card. Do you think it will be a problem for me to get the green card?
