I was just wondering if I file for a bankruptcy, will the credit card company just go ahead and sue me? I am thinking about filing but I am a little bit confused still.

Your credit card company cannot sue you if you file for bankruptcy! That is the very reason you would file for bankruptcy. All credit card debt will be discharged through a bankruptcy.

I hope so, if a credit card company sues you in state Court after you file a bankruptcy, we can hold them in contempt. When we do the bankruptcy code allows us to sue them for damages and for attorney's fees for me to sue them.
