Will an agreement hold up if the terms go against the safe family act? Posted on March 20, 2011The terms in the suspended judgment require me (the parent) to pay for services that DSS requires. Safe Family's act mandates that DSS provide and pay for services ie parenting class. Now I am going to trial for the second time for violating the stipulation in suspended judgement. I couldn't afford the cost. Is the agreement fraudulent? Can I give up a constitutional right?
