As far as I know there is no such thing. Writs are confusing, even to most lawyers.IU'm afraid you'll need an experienced DUI lawyer for that.

You can find it on the county website. However, if you are going to appeal your APS hearing, you should seriously consider hiring an attorney to order your DMV hearing transcript and issue spot your case. Writs are expensive - $395 just to file plus $115 for the transcript - if you're going to move forward, may as well hire someone to do it right.
