What will happen with juvenile probation? Posted on May 06, 2011

My grandson owes restitution and wants to go to Florida to live with his mother. I have temporary custody now and want to know what will happen if he goes against his probation and goes anyway? Will this follow him to adulthood? Can they arrest him and bring him back? The only reason he is on probation is until restitution of 1900.00 is paid, he is 14 years old and the probation office told us he couldn't leave until he paid it. What is the worst that could happen to him? I am willing and his mother to make payments but they said no to that also. We just want him with his mom so he can start fresh.
