What will happen when I go to court for a suspended license ticket? 1 Answers as of May 19, 2011
I was arrested for driving with a suspended license on April 14, 2011. I was arrested and paid 800 dollars to get out of jail. The next day I went to the DMV and she told me that they were not suspended. A law office had sent over a conditional release form, meaning they should have never been suspended in the first place. I wanted to know what will happen when I go to court for the citation issued. Will there be other fines to pay?

You need to get an attorney, or be ready for jail, because driving on a suspended license carries jail time. Good luck.
