What will happen if I violated my felony probationary? 1 Answers as of February 27, 2011

I was just recently released from prison and have three years probation. My question is I am over one week late of reporting in for my monthly report, which I'm sure I will be violated for not reporting on the date I was supposed to have. I looked on line for a warrant, but at this time there isn't a warrant! I will be going in to the probation to tomorrow. I need to know if the probation department can have me arrested without the warrant? Thank you for your time on this matter!

You should report to your probation office as soon as possible and report before they find you to be an absconder. The probation officer will need a warrant to arrest you for not reporting.
