What will happen if I got convicted of disorderly conduct and destruction of property? 2 Answers as of December 14, 2011

I'm a 17 year old and I will be 18 in some days. I got convicted of disorderly conduct and destruction of property and got put on probation for 6 months, but then I ran. What can they do to me? And how long can they do it?

You could face a court hearing for a probation violation. The judge could revoke your probation and impose the original sentence on the case.

They can revoke your probation and make you do the jail time. The jail time depends on what your underlying sentence was. Also, you could end up having a due process argument against them if they don't TRY to find you to hold a hearing regarding their motion to revoke probation.
