I’ve been charge with second degree burglary which the state match my dna and finger prints to. My p.d wanna go to trial because this from 2008. I was incarcerated since 16 recently got released at 20 and that when they put out a warrant for me. My p.d say even if they have dna/finger prints the victim is not coming to trial then the case get dismiss. Can anybody please give me some insight from all this .
