I stayed the night in KY while relocating to Fl. I was arrested for a DUI. I was not feeling well so instead of taking me to jail, I went to the hospital. My pulse was 150 and I was there until 5:00 a.m. Do I need a KY attorney? What will happen? I also had a DUI in 1/2010.
