What should I do if I received a personal injury at a massage parlor? 1 Answers as of July 27, 2010

I got a neck injury at a massage place and I have since been to the emergency, given med, xrays, and tomorrow will be going to get my mri. I can't find an attorney and I don't want my time to run out before I can file a claim. I don't have med insurance to pay the bills or to pay for my pain pill, etc. The injury happened on June 29, 2010 in North Carolina.
