What is preventing them from getting them to reinstate me? 2 Answers as of February 17, 2016

You were revoked. Driving is a privilege not a right, ?Obviously, you have not convinced the hearing officer that you do not prevent a risk to the driving public. ?Go and see an informal hearing officer about what is required to get a formal hearing. Remember: you have the burden of establishing that you no longer pose a risk to the public.
