I admitted to giving a friend two klodipin because he said he was on the same dose as me then he stole the bottle out of my truck. I thought I threw them away. Two months later he overdosed on them. The military police are charging me with distribution of a controlled substance. This is my first drug charge. I want to know what the penalties are and what your opinion is on what the judge will give me.
