What parental rights does a father have to child custody Posted on April 28, 2011

My 16 year old daughter got pregnant. The father turned 20 before my grandson was born in July. They were married in August. 3 months later the father committed adultery with another 16 year old that is now pregnant. He did sign some sort of form at the health department stating he was my grandson's father but the birth certificate has not been ordered as of yet. My daughter and grandson now live with me. Neither has filed for a divorce yet. If the father is not listed on the birth certificate, does he have parental rights? Could my daughter be forced to have DNA test if she did not want child support?
