What legal actions can we take to keep neighbors off of our property who trespass our yard? 9 Answers as of April 01, 2013

I have neighbors that travel through my yard on a weekly basis to get to the other side. My husband has spoken with the man of the house last year and asked him to stop but he and his family continue to pass through.

For starters, put up a no trespassing sign. Then if they continue to trespass, file a complaint with the police department. That should solve the problem.
