Hello... It depends. What type of injury incident was this? If you were a driver or a passenger in a motor vehicle crash, then you need to see if you are covered under any uninsured motorist insurance policy. Otherwise, you might be left with having to obtain a judgment and attempting to collect by garnishing wages, assets, etc.
