I am not sure why a judge would not grant the divorce. Did your husband file an Answer within 20 days? If not, file a Motion for the Clerk of Court to grant a default. You should then be able to proceed.

If you filed proper procedures, it doesn't matter whether your Husband cooperates or not. You should consult with an attorney. If the Judge denied the final judgment, then you didn't file the proper papers and/or follow the proper procedure.
