What happens with an auto title upon the death of the title holder? Posted on July 07, 2011

I am in the state of Oklahoma. My name is the only name on the financing of my vehicle, but my name and my father's name is on the title. I am the only one making payments on my vehicle. He has no lien's on the title of my car. If he passes away, can his creditors take my car to pay of his debt?
