A person who dies without a Will, has his or her heirs determined under the intestate law of the State where they are a resident of at the time of the person's death. While the estate is being administered, a person in possession of a Will or a more closely related person may come forward and become the Estate's heir. You mention that your uncle left you and three other relatives. You do not mention how they are related, so I am unable to advise you who the heirs are assuming that no Will is produced.
