I would strongly suggest that you consult with an attorney if you can afford one. In juvenile court they will provide a public defender but they are overworked and underpaid and he will not get to talk to the lawyer until right before Court most times. With a private attorney you should have some idea of what is going to happen when you go into court. My guess is that they will put him on some type of probation if this was his first offense.
