My friend has 2 DUI's he never took care of in the last 10 years. Do we have an amnesty program?

No. But he may be lucky. He may be punished with 2 cases as both first dui's. He will have to do the 18 month course to keep the DMV happy.

There is no amnesty program. If someone has two DUI's and they don't take care of it they will have two bench warrants out for their arrest and their license will be suspended. What this means is if they are stopped or have any contact with the cops they could be arrested, put in jail and transferred to the courthouses where their cases would be. Better to deal with it on your terms then to be arrested going to get milk at the market. Mark Dedicated to the defense of good people accused of driving under the influence.

No. The DUI cases, if filed, undoubtedly have warrants. You/your friend, need to contact and hire a lawyer when you/your friend are ready to face the charges and see what can be done to fight/defend the case(s).

You need to hire an attorney. Amnesty does not apply.

There is not amnesty program. Most likely, he has 2 bench warrants issued for his arrest.

No amnesty program. There must be several warrants out. Time to shop around for a lawyer pal.

He will have to recall the warrants on both of them and deal with them. If they are significantly old he should fight them.

It is difficult to answer your question without more facts. It is not clear what you mean by "did not take care of it." If he did not go to court and there are warrants for his arrest on the DUIs, then he is facing jail time and other consequences. There is no "amnesty" program. He should definitely call an experienced local DUI lawyer for some advice.
