I am 16 and was pulled over for speeding and no license and have to appear in court along with the owner of the vehicle. What could happen to me?

I would urge you and your family to retain an experienced criminal defense attorney in your community. No one can or should try to predict what a judge might do. But your attorney can discuss your rights and options with you and your family. Good luck!

Thanks to the anti-Mexican coalition in GA, driving without a license carries jail time, and delay in legitimately getting your license. The speeding, depending on how fast you were going, will exacerbate that jail time. You need an attorney.
