Statutory summary suspension, second time. I assume you had a DUI and either refused testing, or failed it, and have had a prior SSS within the past five years.

I would need context. SSS refers to a statutory summary suspension, which is the driver's license suspension one gets after a DUI arrest if you fail or refuse a chemical test. If a person is charged with driving while suspended during a SSS, there are heightened penalties which increase with each conviction.
