What does it mean for a case to be administratively closed? 1 Answers as of August 16, 2011

I had a 12month restraining order that expired Jan 2011. The case had a final disposition of administratively closed. July 2011(5months after), papers were filed stated I did not complete the FVIP. I have a show cause hearing this month for non-compliance of the FVIP order. I am baffled about this. What is the process in matters like this? was the case truly closed? Do I need an attorney so I wont be jailed for contempt?

I suspect that you need an attorney to verify your understanding, and argue the law to the judge, OR clarify what you should have done and explain to the judge when it will be complete. See my website on why I am the best attorney for the job: www.lawrencelewispc.com Good luck.
