What documents do I need to file for bankruptcy? 4 Answers as of October 07, 2010

I need to file bankruptcy. I think I will qualify for Chapter 7. What are all of the documents that I will actually need for the process? I want to make sure that I at least have them in my records before I think about moving on in this process.
