What do I do with my cousin's property? 1 Answers as of January 27, 2012

My cousin came out to visit me in GA from LA. He then had to be hospitalized do to a drug over dose and has been in ICU his sister and brother want his wallet and computer that is still at my house, I think they should leave it if he wakes up . If he does pass then he legally has a wife that the property should go to, Right?
