I petitioned for my husband in 2004 I received receipt # and approval, and visa letter, after calling multiple times to immigration I didn’t get no responded so didn’t call no more last time I called was in 2007 now I call and they said case was dismissed. What do I do now? Do I have to start from zero again? Reapply for i130 or can I reinstate?
