This morning while walking my dogs, I fell on ice at my apartment complex. There was no ice melt or rock salt. I fell on my knee and it is now swollen. I have a doctor’s appointment this afternoon.

They have med pay coverage and will probably pay your doctor bill. I it is more serious, contact a local personal injury attorney ASAP. It is nearly impossible to sue for slip and fall injuries related to natural accumulations of ice and snow.
