Accident was 2011, the car that was hit had limited damages. Now Im being sued for bodily injuries. At the time everyone said they wasn't hurt. Now just recieved a settlement due of $3500 from the passanger or my license will be suspended. I don't have the lump sum but would like to make payment arrangements.
