What do I do if I am being sued for an accident with no insurance? 1 Answers as of June 22, 2012

Accident was 2011, the car that was hit had limited damages. Now Im being sued for bodily injuries. At the time everyone said they wasn't hurt. Now just recieved a settlement due of $3500 from the passanger or my license will be suspended. I don't have the lump sum but would like to make payment arrangements. Will my license still be revoked?

It is up to the DMV, but most likely, the DMV wants to punish you for not having insurance. The best thing for you to do is borrow the money, pay the bill and clean up the mess.
