What do I do if a wife abandons her husband, took their child, changed her phone number, and took all of the furniture in the apartment as well? The husband has a 15 year old son living with him (not from marriage) but wife took their 10 month old child with her.

Obviously, see a domestic relations attorney, provide all the details and undertake whatever actions are necessary and recommended. Generally you will have at least visitation rights with your child and her taking of marital property will have to be accounted for and, if there is a divorce, such property will have to be equitably distributed.
