I have federal felony charges of poss. of a firearm by a conv. felon and distribution. There are two other offenses of fleeing and alluding and poss. of cocaine...I want to know the total cost of having my record completely sealed and expunged because I am unable to get a job because of my past history.

It depends. If you try to do it yourself, probably between $125-$200 (depending on the county court fees). If you have legal assistance from an attorney, then you can expect to add about $350-$500 on top of that.

I don't practice in the Federal courts, but I don't believe there is any Federal law for sealing or expungment. You may apply for a pardon.
