What charges can be pressed for a possibly violent and offensive voicemail? Posted on August 01, 2011

A girl I know sent a text message to my friends little sister saying very rude things so I returned the favor. I left her a voicemail saying that she was immature too, and that she shouldnt be harassing 8th graders. She told her mom that my friends were drinking and she got them in trouble and I wanted to know why she felt it necessary to snitch. So I kept sending her text messages, nothing threatening, but i wanted to talk to her. and through social networks saying that shes a snitch and we're pissed off. She got the cops involved, and I don't remember what else I said on the voicemail that could get me in trouble. Can she press charges?
