There is a difference between what I was told at the office that takes the payment, and what he sent me in the letter. The letter, was written on 2/11/11, but not received as a certified letter until 3/12/11. I admit I owe him money, but not $1935. Was he not obligated to give me a 30 day notice? And if there is a discrepency in monies owed, can he still sell my property without properly looking into the matter? And if he does still sell it, what are my options at that point? I also have insurance on the property in storage. How does that affect things?
