What Can I do if Our Privacy is Being Violated? Posted on July 29, 2011

At a recent parent's meeting at my son's preschool, my son and I were violated and humiliated of personal informations. What happened was the director/ owner used my son's behavior to set an example for other parents. Shouldn't this be only discussed in private with my son and not be made publicly? She even pointed out my profession as teacher and that I should know better and that I should work together with my husband so that my son won't have to behave like that. Can I sue her for violating my son's privacy and for publicly humiliated us? My husband and I plan on getting a banner to protest her and it will "shame on you Ms xyz." Will I be sued for doing that? Please advise. My son is attending this school as of this Monday. Thank you very much for reading.
