My husband is out of status and has aged out. Is there a way for him to adjust status without going back to Jamaica first?

What do you mean by aging out? Every case is different. What you said is not sufficient to assess your options. A good lawyer asks a lot of questions. Some details that you don't think are significant may make or break your case. Therefore, you should consult a lawyer with your case for a individualized legal strategy.

As I don't have enough information to advise you properly. Contact my office for a free consultation. But don't have him leave the U.S. before he speaks with an Immigration Attorney as he will otherwise trigger a 10 year bar.
