If you can find the car you can take it back. If you cannot find it you can seek an order of the court requiring it be returned or report it to the police as a stolen car if her name is not on the title.

Your question does not involve an "Injury," which is the Category you listed when asking. However, I believe your options are: (1) you can either do nothing (and ask her not to do it again or hide your keys); or (2) call the police.

As soon as she brings the car back, take her keys away. Get a new girlfriend. Why would you waste anyone's time with such an asinine question? She's playing you, but you might be an idiot, so you should expect what you are used to and have allowed to be done to you in the past. Get some balls and kick her ass to the curb now. Don't look back and never take her back.

Call the police. They may do nothing on the ground that it would be to easy in court for her to say she had permission and you withdrew it because you got mad at her. If the police will not bring a case, you can file a civil suit for claim and delivery if she will not return it.
