I've been with this company now for about eight months. About a month ago we hired a new guy (before he was there it was only women who worked in the store.) Yesterday my district manager came in and offered him a manager position at another store. I have more experience in retail than him and I've also been with the company longer. The promotions at this store are normally passed down depending on seniority. Myself and my fellow colleagues are convinced that he got offer the position due to the fact that he's a male. I was wondering if I would have a case claiming that my district manager was being sexist.
