I had to purchase a contract with AT&T that required a 750 dollar deposit. This was for a computer wireless modem and phone. I returned it the next day because it did not work. The salesman told me it would go right back on my card if it didn't work, so I brought it back when it didn't work expecting to receive my deposit back. He also told me I would get the deposit back immediately if I returned it the next day. When I returned it, they told me I would not get my money back for 60 days. I asked them if this was in their contract, they said no. They refused to give me the copy of the contract because I cancelled service. This is breach of contract, What should I do?
