What can I do if I was caught with possession of arms in my vehicle? 1 Answers as of August 01, 2011

Is there any possible way to beat a gun charge when there are no finger prints on the gun,has no evidence who's gun it is,and was just in a car that 4 other people were riding in and the driver had no clue the gun was in the car? He's now getting held responsible for the gun. What are ways to beat this case?

The State must prove beyond a reasonable doubt not only that the gun was in the car but the driver knew it was in the car. The facts you mention are defenses to the charge.
