What can I do if an auto dealership has a false advertisement? 2 Answers as of January 20, 2011

I came across an add online for a car that I am interested in. The ad reads "For the amazing price of 0, this beautiful, reliable and modern 2005 Dodge Neon could be yours! That's right, only 0 dollars!" I would like to know if the dealer is required by law to uphold that price? This is in California.
