What can be my defense from a petition to revoke supervision? 1 Answers as of July 30, 2011

I recently just left court in McLean County in Illinois and was summoned by a judge for a petition to revoke supervision. I received a DUI last September. The reason for the petition was because I did not complete my court ordered DUI counseling because I simply could not afford it. I am looking at revoking my license and/or worse going to jail. I'm really scared I would go to jail because it would mean losing my job. What can my defense be?

Your lack of income could prove to be a defense that the violation was not willful.
