What are possible revocations? 2 Answers as of September 19, 2016

A fifteen year old child has been in our custody for over a month due to her mother kicking her out. Her father knows where she is and agrees and willing to allow us to adopt her, however her mother is threatening to press charges. What is our best course of action?

It is too early to talk about adoption. You could file for a guardianship over the child. In fact, that is the mature and reasonable option because it sends the right message to this teenager and your children that rules have to be followed in life. Good luck.
