What are my options if I want a divorce but cannot locate my husband? 2 Answers as of April 29, 2011

My husband and I got married in MA and have been married for about 2 1/2 years. He's decided to move out of state and hasn't told me where to. I don't have a way of getting in touch with him (his family is not cooperating.) I want to file for divorce. What are my options?

You can obtain a divorce by publication. It's a lot more trouble in the beginning, but not nearly as bad as a full-blown contested divorce. If you would like my assistance, please feel free to call or email me.
