What are my employment rights if I was fired based on a false allegation by coworkers? Posted on July 12, 2011

I was recently fired from my job for "policy violation." I asked which policy and I was only told, "failure to disclose information." My manager didn't even know what it meant (corporate HR decided this). Two employees had teamed up against me and created a false allegation, which I couldn't effectively defend myself against. I was wondering if there was any legal course of action I could take? According to the company, my only option right now is to file an appeal with the official office but I don't feel that would go too well. Thank you!
